If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Maga Shades, here is what you need to know:

Products can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase

Items purchased on our clearance sale page are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Items must be unworn (a quick try on is fine of course), in the state you received them, and in the original packaging

The original shipping cost of the order is non-refundable, and there will be a $9.99 return shipping fee removed from your refund.

Return items must be sent back within 10 days of initiating your return with the label provided.

International returns: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. International orders are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges of equal or lesser value are free. We offer up to 2 exchanges. If unhappy with 2nd exchange we will offer a refund which will be subject to a $9.99 restocking fee.

International exchanges are not offered.
